3. Can the board run without OCPP (any feature in the configurator to disable ocpp): No,the reasons:a. it's more expensive than normal charger, so it doesn't make sense to disable it. b. It may be changed maliciously from commercial use into home use, then the service provider will loss money. c. if you insist on this function, we may work it on a new project in the future.
4. Protection features the board offers: see the manual for details.
5. How will you extend after sales service support in case we buy more quantity? Will you provide debugging details?. We are not able to offer online debugging, as once OCPP operating, we will loss the right of control.All the debugs can be found from your back-end system, you could copy the running log for our analysis in case you need our service.
6. What is the provision for software update in the board? Free update.
